I was looking to fill the void Advance Wars left in my soul when my kids DS died, and its as close to that game as I could get - or - this disturbing for me to say - it could be better.

If you like strategy, and challenge, then this is the game, for you! War has never been this much - "fun" - before. Users can make their own maps, so this game never gets old. You can make new friends, and create "teams" to help you in your battles. Tournaments for every level of play, increase your knowledge, & the competition makes you razor sharp. Get this game, you will not be disappointed.

Best strategy game everrr. Active, entertaining, and helpful online community. Devs keep adding features and improving game on a weekly basis. Tournaments start every couple weeks.

Im in love with the games anti-grind ideal. Too me its as similar to Civ but very playable and understandable for a small device like the phone. All skill. And for some reason those games are hard to come across now... Well made game other wise. Good team balance and all. No bugs ive encountered for the while ive had it. If you dont have this game, i recommend it. Like big time recommendation. Unless you are like a clash of clans god and thats like all you do or absolutely hate games that actually use your freakin brain! Thanks to the developers for a fun game to play, even with friends too!

A great game five years ago, an even better game today. All of the chat and marketing changes have been done the right way. All balance changes have been meticulous and pleasing. Glad to see the developers interested in improving the game. I look forward to more improvements!

I cant speak for the ad-supported version of the game or the in-app purchases. I can say that Ive been playing this game almost daily since 2012. On a fundamental level it satisfies my chess craving. Beyond that the variable races, maps, teams and tournaments make this game never-boring. I absolutely love Uniwar.

My brother and I have been using Uniwar since January 2020. We love it! Some changes have been not so wonderful but the developers keep adapting and thats a good thing. We love the team games the most these days. We stay in touch more because of Uni. He lives on the East coast and I the west coast of the USA. We used to play each other but he is better and almost always wins now.

I havent played this game since 2009 I think. Still fun time waister and the graphics are much better.

A delightful way to spend ten or fifteen minute chunks. The combat is easy and intuitive but if you get very intense the game would scale. Well worth your time.

This game is the exact game I set out to find a few months ago. I set out to find a multiplayer game that involved critical thinking skills along with a great mature community and this surpassed the mark. This is a turn based strategy game that resembles the child of Starcraft and Advanced Wars. There are 3 races with plenty of unit types and a rock, paper, scissors set up similar to Starcraft. The Advanced Wars part is the turn-based strategy aspect along with terrain movement and attack/defense bonuses. From the moment I started playing bots up to playing some VERY talented players, this game is a solid game and continues to peak my interest on my lunch breaks and after work. The rate of play is perfect for a working adult and most of the community seems to be mature and friendly. There is a map builder and tournaments. The developers are constantly updating the game and fixing bugs. I would absolutely support them in going full-time into this game. I play on an iPhone 6 and have had no problems with this game other than losing to some talented players! Download this game and support the Devs!! They put a lot of work into this game and the community will never be big enough. Every player adds a new layer of depth in my multiplayer experience. See you in matchmaking!
