I wanted a good multiplayer strategy game. I was skeptical because, other than board games, I have never been a fan of turn based games. I figured Id try it as it was only a buck. I am very glad I did because it is a great game and I really like the turn based format for a mobile phone. The level of strategy in this game is perfect for me. The different factions are balanced well. You can also have up to 20 games going at once, there are push notifications to let u know when it is your turn, and you can choose to play against people at your skill level by looking at their rank. After having this game for over a year I would gladly have paid more for it! It is the one game on my iPhone I have played daily.

Love how you can play with both players and bots online:) its awesome! Love to see one more class and higher resolution textures... Would also like to see cut-seen animations inbetween fights, like advance wars...

Sleek design, with lots of strategic depth. A good length single player campaign. But the best part has to be their multiplayer, allowing up to 20 games at a time whih matches you against players at a similar skill level. If you are into turn based strategy games, Uniwars is a must buy!

Fabulous turn-based strategy game. A personal favourite of mine. Excellent balance, variety, and a good UI to boot. Do yourself a favour and check this out.

I love this game. The multiplayer is loads of fun, and the strategies are interesting and entertaining. Love it!

Excellent game, i wish that there were different game play modes so you dont lose the match once you lose your bases, because you have units that could still capture bases but you have already lost. Before i had 10 under ground units and was about to capture the enemy bases when the monster guarding my base was killed and my bases were captured so i lost :( it needs an uptdate and more maps. Also when i first started the layout was quite confusing. But its an excellent game and fun to play.

The game is very good except for the part where I automatically surrendered in some of my games and there arent any 3-8 player maps to play just on the ipod. If it would take up too much memory, then sell it as a pack for us to buy. Also, please add bluetooth so that we dont have to have wi-fi. Other than that, it was well thought out and is a good game. Thx :) That was from a year ago. Now, I like it more, BUT I REALLY WANT TO BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD THE MAPS!!!! Please make it so that we can. Also, PLEASE ADD THE MAP EDITOR!!! Otherwise this is an awesome game and everyone should buy it.

Great game, but I want bigger maps, and all maps available in solo. AI could be a little bit harder too... Map editor would also be sick!

Highly recommend getting into if you want a strategy game to play that has the convenience of a tablet or smartphone. Best suited for people who enjoy turn based games of course. Definitely worth the price!

A great way to play with ur friends. Hex turn based awesomeness. -I would just like to see some more diversity in (or more) units -I would also like to be able to spectate my friends playing when i lose. As it is the whole map is fog of war and i have no idea how the battle played out.. Otherwise this game is a lotta fun for a phone app

A great TBS game but it has a balance issue (particularly vs. AI) with the support units that can convert the infantry of one and only one of the other races to your own troops. As there are 3 races this makes the game like Rock Paper Scissors since the support units are very effective if you are facing the right race but if not then your SOL. Otherwise quite fun.

Fun game! Pet peeve though - let me play my own music in the background! Often playing on the way to work and not a fan of listening to other peoples conversations ;)

My friends who play UniWar are my only true friends. I live for those two simple words: your turn. UniWar is a game that is the best game.
